Dear PWS Families,
The school year has begun to wind down but there is still plenty of work to do and excitement to be had. As you can imagine, at this time of year, our Lost and Found has many wonderful items in it. Please make sure to visit it to reclaim anything that may belong to you. The remaining items will be donated at the end of the year.
This week we welcomed the New Hampshire Historical Society who presented to our fourth grade classes. Also, every student got a chance to experience outer space with a visit from the Skydome Planetarium. Thank you to PTG for helping fund these great experiences.
Please have a restful and reflective long weekend and we look forward to the last stretch of this amazing school year. We hope to see many of you at our Schoolyard Anniversary Celebration this Wednesday from 4:00 - 6:00 pm.

Have a Great Long Weekend,
Cheryl Daley, Principal
Dan Mitchell, Assistant Principal

FIELD DAY ACTIVITIES 2019
Dear Parents,
Field Day activities for grades 1-4 will take place on Thursday, May 30th with a rain date of Friday, May 31st. The third and fourth grade field day will take place in the morning from 8:30 to 11:00 and field day for first and second grade will begin at 12:00 and end at 2:00.
Sunscreen and appropriate dress are suggested. Please have your child wear cool comfortable clothes such as: sneakers, shorts, a class color or theme appropriate shirt, and a hat. Your child should also come to school with sunscreen and bug repellent already applied at home. Children should bring a water bottle and an extra change of clothes and towel just in case they get wet at the water stations. Water coolers will be available to refill their water bottles. A snack of Popsicles is often provided by the room parents or teachers at the rest station as well.
If you have any questions regarding field day please feel free to call me, Mrs. Ferenc, at 622-0431 ext. 4265 or e-mail at ferencj@sau25.net.
If you are interested in volunteering for field day events please go to the signup genius to sign up. Volunteer slots will fill up fast!
Sincerely, Mrs. Ferenc Physical Educator
